DELIVERY, POSTAGE AND PACKAGING All of our non-personalised products are despatched within 24 hours, and our personalised products within 2 -3 days. Special bespoke orders will take longer, a timeframe will be agreed prior to go ahead. We send everything via Royal Mail First Class, except higher value orders which are sent via courier recorded delivery. PAYMENT Our preferred methods of payment are PayPal, credit card EPDQ or BACS transfer. Cheques and postal orders are also accepted. We do not despatch goods until payment has cleared in full. RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS We offer a no quibble returns policy on all non-personalised goods, please return within 14 days to receive a full refund. Please ensure your returns are sent by registered delivery, so tracking references can be used. Personalised goods can only be refunded due to errors incurred by Derwent Laser Crafts Ltd. Please notify us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your order. Any bespoke or personalised orders which are cancelled may incur a cost if work has commenced. TAXES AND DUTIES Local taxes and duties are the responsibility of the customer.
